We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-ups.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.,Prepare and present reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support the sales team.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales meetings and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the logistics or related industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English proficiency being a plus.
