As an Assistant Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, as well as handling customer transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Handle customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.,Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.,Work efficiently during peak hours and in a team environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service quality.,Learn and adapt to new coffee and beverage trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Good time management and multitasking skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
