📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of all fleet-related expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet performance.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fleet management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record is a plus.,Familiarity with local traffic regulations and routes in Deli Serdang is a plus.
