📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.,Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing customer concerns and feedback.,Manage store budgets and expenses, and work with the finance team to optimize store profitability.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
