📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials
• Collect, verify, and maintain research data using electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Monitor trial progress and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and submit reports, including source documents, case report forms, and other trial-related documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investigators, data managers, and regulatory affairs specialists
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and local regulations
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development activities
• Provide excellent customer service to trial participants and site personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes, including protocol development, site initiation, and data management
• Knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC) systems, such as Medidata Rave, OpenClinica, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
