📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to the IT team and end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the hotel's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.,Ensure the security and integrity of the hotel's IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related issues.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the hotel's systems are always up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and security.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of hotel operations and IT systems used in the hospitality industry.
