📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with various departments to identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with HR to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional growth.,Report on learning program outcomes and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems and training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
