📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support business growth and profitability.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for all operations.,Oversee the preparation and implementation of the company's budget and financial plans.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
