This is a full-time position based in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat, with a competitive salary of Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 26.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new menu items and recipes,Manage and mentor a team of chefs,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met,Oversee food costs and inventory management,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Lead and participate in culinary events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant or catering business,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools,Knowledge of local and international culinary trends and techniques
