In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace culture.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a growing company.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
