📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training, coaching, and support.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is a plus.
