📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting financial audits and assessments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.,Identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.,Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance programs.,Providing training and guidance to junior auditors and staff on financial compliance and risk management practices.,Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.,Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing, compliance, or risk management.,Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
