Sentosa Garment is looking for an experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. You will work closely with our drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are in good condition.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including assigning drivers to routes and ensuring timely deliveries.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.,Work with drivers to ensure they are trained and certified to operate the vehicles safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards, including obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and insurance.,Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer requirements.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving the fleet, including working with insurance companies and authorities as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with drivers, managers, and other departments.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and experience operating a variety of vehicles.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards, including OSHA and DOT regulations.
