📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the clinical performance of the pharmacy team, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead and mentor junior pharmacists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care, improve medication safety, and optimize pharmacy operations.
• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including doctors and nurses, to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical services.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical technologies.
• Represent the pharmacy department in interdepartmental meetings and committees.
• Ensure all pharmacy activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and technologies is a plus.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a plus.
