📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain accurate site drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software.,Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.,Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including schedules and cost estimates.,Review and approve drawings and BOQs prepared by junior staff.,Maintain and update project files and records.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Attend site meetings and provide input on project progress and issues.,Ensure all drawings and BOQs meet company standards and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in site drafting and BOQ preparation.,Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.,Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and practices.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
