📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet performance targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of food handling and storage.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operational procedures across all branches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales analytics tools.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for a restaurant setting.
