📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Assist in special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef.,Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage time effectively.,Experience with food safety and hygiene regulations.
