📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed.,Prepare food for buffet services and special events.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Maintain accurate records of food usage and costs.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Good understanding of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
