This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues in the production line.,Support the Operations Manager in implementing process improvements.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian.
