📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks are completed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, in a fair and impartial manner.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
