📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Report to management on team performance, issues, and project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of company policies and procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
