📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards by conducting regular inspections and reporting any issues to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs, and prepare reports for management.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects, such as vehicle acquisitions or fleet expansions.,Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other employees, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company's fleet remains competitive and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fleet management or logistics role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems, such as FleetOne, Geotab, or similar.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
