Makmur Wati Auto Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This is a full-time position located in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, waiters, and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels, and ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Prepare and present financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
