📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area.
  • Manage and mentor a team of area managers and staff.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics in Bali.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
