📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food cost control.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
