📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify invoices using QuickBooks and our proprietary software
- Manage accounts receivable, including collections and write-offs
- Collaborate with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Monitor and analyze receivables data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the implementation and training of our financial software solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables transactions
- Prepare and submit monthly receivables reports to clients and management
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices in accounts receivable
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices
