In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in our busy dining area. You will also be expected to assist with table preparation and cleanup, as well as providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting with table setup and cleanup to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Promoting our restaurant's menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
