📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead community outreach efforts to promote vaccination programs and educate the public on the importance of immunization.
• Manage and coordinate vaccination logistics, including vaccine storage, distribution, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with national and international immunization guidelines and standards.
• Monitor and report on vaccination coverage, adverse events, and other relevant data to health authorities.
• Collaborate with local health teams, government agencies, and community leaders to plan and implement vaccination campaigns.
• Provide training and support to healthcare workers on vaccination procedures and protocols.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure the success of vaccination initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in immunization and public health to inform best practices and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immunization or public health coordination.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software such as DHIS2 or OpenVAS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local health regulations and guidelines in Bangka Belitung.
