📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of all facilities
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
• Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance records and reports
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and computer-aided maintenance management software (CAMMS)
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
