📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other machinery.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and implement improvements.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance data for analysis and reporting.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical or electrical systems.
• Proven track record of performing routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and ISO standards.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.
• Willingness to travel and work in a variety of locations as needed.
