In this role, you will daily work with a variety of cake designs, from classic weddings to themed parties, using high-quality ingredients and advanced techniques. You will collaborate with our pastry chefs and event planners to bring our customers' visions to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and edible decorations for cakes using fondant, buttercream, and other edible materials.
• Follow detailed recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and quality in cake decorations.
• Work closely with pastry chefs to prepare and decorate cakes for various events and occasions.
• Collaborate with event planners to understand client requirements and deliver customized cake designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in cake decoration.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each cake meets the client's expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cake Decorator or similar role in the culinary industry.
• Proven ability to create intricate and beautiful cake designs.
• Strong knowledge of edible materials, tools, and techniques used in cake decoration.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
