📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on crushers, conveyors, and other processing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using tools like vibration analyzers and thermal imaging cameras.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular training sessions for maintenance personnel.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed plant maintenance, preferably in the mining industry.
Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or Maximo.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and safety standards is a plus.
