📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of matcha-based drinks using premium ingredients and equipment.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and serving of matcha beverages.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
- Maintain and restock inventory of matcha powders, teas, and other ingredients.
- Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Assist in training new baristas and maintaining a positive team environment.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and quality control measures.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Kazu Matcha brand by promoting matcha culture and customer satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of matcha preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using espresso machines, milk frothers, and other barista equipment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during peak hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
